The Center for Transformational Leadership is hosting a two-day advanced training workshop for participants who have previously completed What Are My Strengths and How Do I Lead with Them? You will build upon knowledge of your strengths to further hone and understand your unique talents. You will learn to leverage your strengths to their full advantage and to work strategically with others in order to improve efficiency and efficacy. In addition, this workshop shifts the focus from individual to team performance by using strengths as a tool to lead, manage, and collaborate effectively.
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
articulate how you have invested in your talents and identify additional strategies for growing your strengths;
understand the power of your theme dynamics;
explain to others, including those without experience in the courses, how your strengths make you the best version of yourself;
strategically choose partners (based on theme dynamics) to build an efficient and effective team;
lead conversations to gather information about teammates strengths;
align your dominant talents with those of your colleagues;
implement a process for navigating team challenges/goals/objectives;
work with and lead a collaborative strengths-based team.

Our pricing strategies are built on a belief and that teacher-leaders working alone are less impactful than a team working together. Therefore, we have incentivized teams to come together to leverage their learning and transform their schools.
