What is your return policy?

CTL reserves the right to cancel workshops if there is insufficient enrollment. In this unlikely event, participants will be notified well in advance of the workshop and given a full refund. We ask that you do not make non-refundable travel arrangements until you receive notice that your workshop is confirmed. (CTL will not be responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by your airline or travel agent.)

Because of the high cost inherent in planning and guaranteeing the workshop, there can be no refund of any portion of the registration fee for any reason after March 1, 2018 for summer 2018 offerings. Cancellation must be in writing and received by March 1, 2018 to receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee.  No refunds will be given after March 1.  If you are unable to attend, substitutions can be made before June 1, 2018 by emailing mwittmann@parishepiscopal.org. No charge will be applicable if you find someone from your school to take your place.


What if i want to pay by check?

That is absolutely fine.  Please contact Megan Wittmann (mwittmann@parishepiscopal.org) and we can reserve your spot until the check is received.  All checks will need to be payable to Parish Episcopal School.


When will new offerings be posted?

We anticipate posting Fall 2018 offerings by late spring 2018.  Please join our mailing list (on the contact us page) if you'd like to be among the first to know!
