Would you like to be able to handle the difficult conversations that are associated with being a teacher or an administrator?
This program offed by The Center for Transformational Leadership is a unique opportunity to build your communication skills as a Teacher or Administrator. Over the course of five in-class sessions, you will explore how best to engage in coaching, corrective, and delegating conversations. You will learn how to identify, frame, and utilize skills learned to become a better communicator in both your personal and professional life.
This is a hands-on program that will require attendance to all five sessions. This program will give you a safe space in which to work on scenarios that you have had difficulty with in the past and proactively prepare you for upcoming difficult conversations.
What you will learn:
Ø to develop a personal process for difficult conversations (pre, mid, post) within your school culture
Ø to leverage emotional intelligence and strengths of self and others within difficult conversations.
Ø how to make these conversations more natural for yourself and within the school community.

All sessions will be held 6:30-9pm CT
(One additional session as scheduled by participant on November 6 or November 7, 2019)
