Would you like to be able to handle the difficult conversations that are associated with being a teacher or an administrator?

This program offed by The Center for Transformational Leadership is a unique opportunity to build your communication skills as a Teacher or Administrator. Over the course of five in-class sessions, you will explore how best to engage in coaching, corrective, and delegating conversations.  You will learn how to identify, frame, and utilize skills learned to become a better communicator in both your personal and professional life.
